Embroidery

Computerized machine embroidery is now one of the most popular forms of product branding and corporate advertising. Simply add a logo to your work wear or promotional items to make your business be noticed.

This is a three step process

1 - Logo Design

Depending on what you have, we'll work with you to make it your design.

2 - Digitizing

This is the process of taking your design and converting it to stitches. Our embroidery machine reads the stitch file.

3 - Garment Marking

You do not need much to transform any piece of clothing from blah to wow.

Fleecewear

The term “fleece” truly means “the coat of sheep or other long-haired animals”. However, much like the trade name “Xerox” is interchangeably associated with “copying a document”, “fleece” is now associated with several types of synthetic fabrics, all characterized by a some-what stretchable, soft, comfy, napped fabric.

Fleece is available in a wide range of colors, to include many prints and comes in several weights, textures and price points. More expensive fabrics will usually display a thicker, deeper nap and will not “pill” (form little balls) after many washings.  We embroider on Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Vest, and quarter or full zip front garments.

Caps & Stocking Hats

Caps are the perfect accessory for the smart casual look, while the classic eye-caching sandwich brim cap offers effortless style for everyday wear. And we also offer the classic baseball cap – this twill cap never goes out of style. It’s one of our best selling products, and it is 100% cotton – built to last for years. Your imagination will make this hat come to life with custom embroidered style!  For a more rebellious attitude, go for the trucker hat. This distressed hat is just begging for your original design!

Knitted beanies are the go-to hats for cool autumn evenings and cold winter days. These stocking hats come in a wide variety of colors, and with your unique design, they will be a perfect match to offer for any winter wardrobe.

Outerwear

Embroidered jackets are available in light and heavy weights, in fabrics such as fleece, microfiber, and denim, and in styles including zip-front, pullover, coaches, baseball, varsity, ladies, and youth to name a few. We offer hundreds of styles in a rainbow of colors in sizes ranging from XS to 6XL and Talls and at price points sure to fit any budget.

The most common placement for custom embroidery on a jacket is on the left chest (the wearer’s left). Other effective understated placements include the back just below the collar. The size of the design should not exceed 5″ in any dimension. There is a quantity-based charge for additional embroidery locations. A custom embroidery design is usually designed from one of the following sources: Graphic or logo (may include text) Existing stock design (may have text added) Text design only
